Why this Bible Study?
Everything that you have ever seen, every relationship you have ever had, every disappointment or loss you have endured can be traced to the opening chapters of Genesis. It is not a book of beginnings, it is the book of beginnings. It is also a book for Christians to know thoroughly well. With this in mind, we will spend 4 weeks taking a deep dive into these opening chapters. The class will be based primarily on the original language of Hebrew so please consider this a Bible Class 2.0.

Why does it feel like there’s constant turmoil involving the country of Israel, in particular around what is called the Temple Mount? Why is there so much interest in finding a red heifer? Are Jewish artisans really crafting new items for another Temple? We’ll take a look at what the Holy Spirit tells us in God’s inspired Word - especially through the Old Testament prophet Joel - about “restoration” before Jesus comes back, as well as some modern misconceptions about his return, even among a few Christians.
